Centre and Austin Vie in Third Annual Komen Game
For the third consecutive year, the men's soccer teams at Austin College and Centre College will vie with more than just conference standings implications on the line. When the two squads meet on Friday, October 2, in Danville, Ky., they will also be playing to benefit the Susan G. Komen for the Cure.
The SCAC office visited with both head coaches, Jeb Burch from Centre and Mark Hudson at Austin about the history behind the game and how it has evolved. Each coach discussed not only the Komen game and everything that surrounds the event but we talk a little soccer as well.
