The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference office will conduct its first annual softball "media days" event beginning Monday, February 14.
Day two features a sit down with head coach Amy Weaver along with senior first baseman Jaclyn Herrera of Hendrix.
Weaver enters her ninth season at the helm of the Warriors. A year ago Weaver led the Warriors to a 19-19 season, 4-12 in SCAC play.
Herrera enters her senior year coming off a career junior season. Last year the first baseman hit .383 with 49 hits, 34 RBIs and 26 runs scored, all career highs.
