The Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference office will conduct its first annual softball "media days" event beginning Monday, February 14.
Day four features a sit down with head coach Angela Froboese along with junior pitcher Lyndsy Maus of Southwestern.
Froboese, a two time SCAC Coach-of-the-Year, enters her third season at the helm of the Pirates. Last season Froboese led Southwestern in just their second year as a program to an SCAC Championship and birth in the NCAA Tournament.
Maus returns for her junior year after a Second Team All-SCAC performance as a sophomore. Last season Maus posted a record of 17-6 with a 1.82 ERA in 146 innings of work recording 116 strikeouts.
