SCAC Baseball Podcast - Week Three

This weeks SCAC Baseball podcast will feature two full length interviews with POTW freshman first baseman Bruce Maxwell of Birmingham-Southern and sophomore pitcher Elliott Ross of DePauw.

In five games, Maxwell hit a blistering 10-for-19 at the plate for a.526 batting average while driving in 12 runs, hitting five homeruns and scoring eight runs on the week. He also hit two doubles during the week.

Ross tossed 9.1 innings in two appearances (one start) during the week. He scattered three hits in his 9.1 innings while yielding just two earned runs (1.93 ERA) and struck out seven batters on the week. In his lone start, Ross tossed six innings against Wabash while striking out four while scattering three hits in picking up the win.
