This weeks SCAC Softball podcast will feature two full length interviews with POTW freshman catcher Amy Hallett of DePauw and sophomore pitcher Lyndsy Maus of Southwestern.
Hallett hit .500 on the week batting 8-for-16 with seven runs scored and 12 RBIs on three homeruns. Hallett posted a 1.063 slugging percentage while hitting two HR in Friday's second game at Sewanee and one in the series finale on Saturday.
Maus went 3-0 this weekend, starting one contest and coming in relief in two. In 14 innings she allowed 12 hits, one run (unearned) while striking out 10 and walking just one batter. She held Hendrix to a .214 batting average.
