This week on the SCAC Volleyball Podcast Director of Communications Russell Kramer had the chance to catch up with SCAC Co-Players-of-the-Week Ali Smith of DePauw University and Catharine Found of Trinity University.
Smith averaged 10.64 assists per set while tallying 149 total assists. She also totaled 30 digs (2.14/set) and eight blocks. She registered 52 assists against Colorado College (10.4/set), 50 assists against Austin College (12.5) and 47 assists against Trinity (9.4).
Found hit .411 while averaging 2.24 kills per set to lead Trinity to a 3-1 record at the SCAC Crossover matches at Sewanee. She hit better than .300 in each of the Tigers’ four matches. Against Centre, Found hit a blistering .565 with 16 kills and four blocks. She then tallied 10 kills and four blocks against #20 Austin College.
