For the first time in his career senior Steve Klabak of DePauw won his first ever SCAC individual title posting a :53.06 in the 100-back. Klabak who finished fourth as a junior at the 2009 SCAC Championships became the first DU Tiger to win this event since 2005. Klabak just edged out last years winner Drew Wagstaff of Rhodes.
Klabak caught up with the conference office just after the race.
