The final day of competition is off and running at the 2009 SCAC Swimming and Diving Championships from Tracy Caulkins Competition Pool in Nashville, Tennessee. This morning saw the men's and women's prelim heats in the 200-yard backstroke, 100-yard freestyle, 200-yard breaststroke and the 200-yard butterfly.
